The New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys battle for the NFC East Crown in the Meadowlands. What a fitting end to the season! And a great way to welcome the New Year and the excitement that the NFL playoffs have in store for us. The Giants and the Cowboys are giving us a treat for the second time around after the game that was originally scheduled for 4:15 Eastern Time was later moved to primetime. According to the New York Post, the tickets for the game are now reaching as much as $7000 with the most expensive being a ticket in the suite for $25000.
The final NFC playoff slot is up for grabs and will go along with the number four seed to the winner of the much awaited and hyped Sunday Night Football game.

For the Giants, Defensive End Jason Pierre-Paul and QB Eli Manning who were just named to the Pro Bowl hold the keys to victory along with wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and the electrifying Victor Cruz. Eli has to be able to ensure that DeMarcus Ware does not have a great game. The Giants offensive line led by Offensive Guard David Diehl will be put to test against the pass rush of the Cowboys. But, I think the Giants should have their confidence boosted after their stellar performance against the New York Jets which has kept their playoff hopes alive.
As for the Jets, they are now faced with a very low chance of making the AFC playoffs as they would not only have to beat the Miami Dolphins in Sun Life Stadium but also hope for the Bengals, Titans and Raiders to lose or the Bengals, Titans and Broncos to lose this Sunday. You don’t have to be a genius at math to guess the likelihood of that happening.

Even with all this talk about the Giants-Cowboys game, I still had to fit something into this article about the walking headline himself Coach Rex Ryan.
